I thought this was a great little piece of education – thank you!
Item #1 was incredibly ironic – as we have just done completed a mountaineering intro course in Chamonix, where the guide failed to communicate much at all. We as climbing partners developed a safe communication in the void he left, but his lack of communication was dangerous.
Happy to see guides who prioritise education!
